2 Nights minimum stay.

Once you have checked availability and chosen your dates and length of stay, please fill in the enquiry form.

We will then block your dates provisionally and reply with futher details, our Terms and Conditions, House Rules  and details of your payment procedure.

Bookings made over six weeks before your holiday will require a 25% of total price as a deposit then full payment will be six weeks before you stay. ( We will send you a reminder for payment )

Bookings made within six weeks will require payment in full.

Our cancellation and refund polilcy is detailed in the Terms & Conditions, please read before making any payment.

Once the deposit or full booking payment fee is made the booking with be fully blocked in your name.

We strongly recomend that you take out insurance as part of your holiday booking.

Garthgate Holiday Cottage is a No Smoking or Vaping property inside and Outside and this must be respected at all times.
